No Map Shown

Hi, I'm really keen to get this working. I've installed the application and I see the settings option however when I go to the Account list view and view the map it's always blank, no map, no error messages, nothing.

We're using CRM 2015 online, I had to manually enter the Bing Map Key as the button didn't appears because our address is crm4, dynamic.com but that appears to have been accepted.

I can only think that it doesn't work because the Bing Key I have is a BASIC key and not an ENTERPRISE one, is that correct? Should I get an error message or would it just be blank? Will only an ENTERPRISE key work with this application?
